摘　　要：目的探讨Hes1和Notch1在结肠癌组织中的表达及两者的相关性,并探讨其临床意义。方法通过免疫组化法检测Notch1,Hes1在结肠癌及癌旁组织中的表达及其定位,分析其表达与结肠癌不同临床病理参数的相关性,探讨两种信号通路因子之间的表达差异。结果在结肠癌组织及其癌旁组织中,Notch1阳性表达率分别为82.4%和21.6%,Hes1阳性表达率分别为74.5%和19.6%(P<0.05)。Notch1和Hes1在结肠癌组织中的表达均呈正相关(r=0.499,P<0.05)。两者的表达与结肠癌的分化程度、淋巴结转移、脉管浸润等密切相关(P<0.05),与年龄、性别、临床分期无关。结论 Notch1及Hes1在结肠癌组织中的高表达与结肠癌的发生及转移相关,检测两者的表达对研究结肠癌发病的信号转导机制及从信号通路中寻求潜在的肿瘤治疗靶点具有重要意义。Objective To investigate the expression of Notch1,Hes1 in colon cancer tissues and their correlation. Methods The expression and localization of Notch1 and Hes1 in colon cancer and adjacent tissues were detected by immunohistochemical SPSS17. 0 method. Results In the colon cancer tissue and its adjacent tissue,the positive rate expression of Notch1 was 82. 4% and 21. 6% respectively.The positive rate expression of Hes1 was 74. 5% and 19. 6% respectively. Notch1 and Hes1 expressed in colon cancer tissue were positively correlated relationship（ r = 0. 499,P〈0. 05）. The expression of Notch1 and Hes1 was closely related to the degree of differentiation of colon cancer,lymphnode metastasis and vascular infiltration（ P〈0. 05）,which had nothing to do with age,sex or clinical stage. Conclusion The overexpression of Notch1 and Hes1 are closely correlated with carcinogensis,progression and metastasis of colon cancer,which promote the occurrence and the development of colon cancer. Quantification of Notch1 and Hes1 expression plays an important role in studying the underlying signal transduction mechanism in colon cancer and in investigating the potential targets in the pathway for tumour therapy.
