摘　　要：目的探讨压贴三棱镜治疗先天性特发性眼球震颤的可行性。方法一例5岁先天性特发性眼球震颤患者,头向右肩倾斜,双眼配戴旋转方向压贴三棱镜。结果配戴三棱镜后头位消失。结论旋转头位的先天性特发性眼球震颤病人可以尝试压贴三棱镜。Objective To explore effect of prism for congenital idiopathic nystagmus with a head tilt, Methods A five years old girl with congenital idiopathic nystagmus, patient with a head tilt toward right shoulder, Prisms was used for trentment head position, Rusults After treatment, head position disappeared. Conclusion Prisms is effective trentment for congenital idiopathic nystagmus with head tilt.
