摘  要:目的:探讨创新创业实验教学模式对护理本科生学业自我效能的影响。方法选取2015级133名护理本科生为研究对象,1班66名为试验组,2班67名为对照组。试验组在《基础护理技能操作》教学中运用创新创业实验教学模式,对照组采用常规实验教学模式,即"教师示教—学生练习—学生回示"的三段式教学。课程结束后,采用学业自我效能量表、课程满意度问卷和技能操作期末成绩进行评价,并收集学生的反馈。结果:试验组学习行为自我效能感得分高于对照组(t=﹣4.088,P=0.000),而两组学生在学业自我效能总分(t=﹣0.236,P=0.814)及学习能力自我效能得分(t=﹣1.584,P=0.116)差异无统计学意义。试验组学生在学习兴趣培养、学习效率提高、学习积极性和主动性、同学间团队合作精神的培养、师生间的有效沟通、利于实验操作能力提高、对实验教学法的评价的满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组技能操作期末成绩高于对照组(t=﹣6.173,P=0.000)。结论:在《基础护理技能操作》教学中开展创新创业实验教学模式能提高护理本科生的学习行为自我效能感,提升课程成绩、学生满意度,有利于提高学生学习积极性和主动性,培养创新创业能力。Objective To evaluate the effects of the Innovative and entrepreneurial experiment teaching mode on academic selfefficacy among undergraduate nursing students.Methods Totally 133 undergraduate nursing students in Grade 2015 were recruited in this study.Sixty-six students in the experimental group received the Innovative and entrepreneurial experiment teaching mode in basic nursing,while the other sixty-seven students in the control group received routine experimental teaching mode.The students were investigated with Academic self-efficacy questionnaire and a self-designed satisfaction questionnaire,and students' opinions and suggestions about the course have been collected at the end of the course.Results The students' scores of the learning behavioral selfefficacy dimension in the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group(t=4.088,0.000).There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups of students in the total score(t=-0.236,0.814)and the learning ability selfefficacy dimension score(t=-1.584,P=0.116).The students were more satisfied with the a experiment teaching mode in the experimental group(P0.05).Conclusion Innovative and entrepreneurial experiment teaching model in basic nursing,is accept by students,and it can improve the self-efficacy of nursing undergraduates' learning behavior,but it needs further exploration.
