广西巴马地区人群肠道菌群的影响因素研究  被引量:7

摘  要:对源于世界长寿之乡广西巴马县不同人群的肠道菌群进行分析,探讨不同因素对长寿之乡人群肠道菌群的影响。利用荧光定量PCR对巴马地区3个村庄的28位健康志愿者肠道中肠杆菌、肠球菌、柔嫩梭菌、乳杆菌、拟杆菌及双歧杆菌进行研究。结果表明:巴马人群粪便样品的6个菌群中双歧杆菌数量最高,肠球菌数量最低;不同性别及村庄人群的6个粪便样品菌群无显著差异;而长寿组粪便样品中乳杆菌数量显著高于中年组和老年组,长寿组和青少年组粪便样品中双歧杆菌数量显著高于中年组和老年组,中年组粪便样品中肠杆菌数量显著高于青少年组,长寿组粪便样品中拟杆菌数量显著高于老年组,青少年组和长寿组粪便样品中肠球菌数量显著低于中年组和老年组,同时,老年组和长寿组粪便样品中柔嫩梭菌数量低于青少年组和中年组。这一研究提示年龄对巴马长寿地区人群肠道菌群的影响大于性别和村庄。Bama county(Guangxi,China) is the world longevity village,in this study,intestinal gut microflora of different population in Bama county was analyzed,and the effect of age,village and gender on the fecal microflora in longevity village was discussed.The number of Enterobacter spp.,Enterococcus spp.,Clostridium leptum,Lactobacillus spp.,Bacteroides spp.,and Bifidobacterium spp.in 28 healthy subjects feces from 3 village was quantified by real-time PCR.The results showed that the number of Bifidobacterium spp.in 28 healthy subjects feces in Bama county was higher than other five flora,and the Enterococcus spp.was the lowest.Significant differences were observed in fecal microflora in different age groups,the number of Lactobacillus in longevous(mean age=96 years;n=6) was significantly higher than middle-age(mean age=43 years;n=5) and elderly(mean age=79 years;n=9)(P0.05),the number of Bifidobacterium spp.in youth(mean age=12 years;n=8) and longevous was significantly higher than middle-age and elderly(P0.05),and the number of Enterobacter spp.in youth was significantly lower than middle-age(P0.05);the number of Bacteroides spp.in elderly was significantly lower than longevous(P0.05),the number of Enterococcus spp.in youth and longevous was significantly lower than middle-age and elderly(P0.05),the number of C.leptum in elderly and longevous was significantly lower than youth and middle-age(P0.05);Significant differences were not observed in the six flora in different village and gender population feces.This study suggests that age can affect the fecal microflora of people in the longevity county of Bama.Age had more influence on the intestinal flora than gender and village in the Bama longevity area.
