附属学校与高校体育资源共享的研究

摘　　要：目前,城市中小学普遍存在场地小、资源不足的现象。大部分学校只有200米田径场、两块篮球场,场地小,学生多,一个操场上无法同时容纳几个班级的正常上课,更不用说像足球、篮球等需要较大场地的体育活动安排了。而高校是体育资源最集中、最充分的地方,拥有标准田径场、篮球场(馆)等,然而如此丰富的体育场馆资源在完成体育教学、体育训练等任务之外大都处于闲置状态,并没有得到充分、有效的开放利用。这与中小学场地紧张、体育场地设施匮乏的现象形成鲜明对比。附属学校除了要实现大学的附属功能,也应充分利用大学体育资源为己所用,实现资源的充分利用,实现附属学校与大学的互赢互利。充分开发与利用高校体育场馆资源,实现高校体育场馆资源的教学共享,不仅对提高附属学校体育教学质量有着重要意义,同时对国有资产的保值增值有着重要作用。本研究旨在对北京市10所附属学校与高校体育资源的共享现状进行调查与研究,归纳提炼出附属学校与高校资源共享的成功案例、实现方法及制约因素,为附属学校与高校的体育资源共享提供参考。Nowadays lack of sports resources is a common phenomenon in urban elementary and middle schools. For most of them, there are only a small sports ground and one or two basketball courts, which is too limited for a few classes to have PE class together, let alone to hold larger PE activities such as football games or basketball games. On the other hand, sports resources in most universities are rather abundant. However, these resource have not been used fully and effectively. This stands in sharp contrast to the condition of the elementary and middle schools. As an important part of universities, the affiliated schools have responsibility to serve the universities. At the same time they should also have the right to use their resources. The present thesis suggests that universities should utilize their sports resources more efficiently and share them with the affiliated schools. It is not only significant for improving the physical education quality of the affiliated schools but also a good way of adding value to the national asset.This thesis aims to investigate and analyze the current situation as to the sharing of sports resources between universities and their affiliated schools in Beijing and to explore the successful cases. The thesis especially introduces how Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics share its sports resources with its affiliated schools.
