摘　　要：为了科学地构建大学生科技创新团队,全面推进素质教育,该文结合多年来创新与创业教育教学经验,以精细化工实验创新课程为载体,采用大学生实践创新训练项目模式构建大学生科技创新团队,探讨"做中学"为理念的教学实践思路。实践表明,通过构建可持续发展大学生科技创新团队模式的实验教学能够有效地激发学生的学习兴趣、提升学生的实践创新能力。IN order to scientificically construct the scientific and technological innovation team of undergraduates and promote quality in an all -round way. Based on years of experience in teaching innovation and entrepreneurship education, this paper takes the Fine Chemical Experiment innovation course as a carrier, the college students＇ science and technology innovation team is construc- ted by using the method of college students practice innovation training project, and the teaching practice on the concept of ＂Learning Through Doing＂ is explored. Practice shows that through the construction of sustainable development model of science and technology innovation team experiment teaching can effectively stimulate students ＇interest in learning and enhance students＇ ability of practice and innovation.
