摘　　要：精品课程是高校教学团队建设的基本内容,高校教学团队建设为课程建设提供人力资源保障。基于精品课程建设平台打造教学团队,能解决教学团队建设缺乏资源保障的窘境,实现教育资源的使用最大化,达到精品课程建设和团队建设的共赢。基于精品课程建设平台建设教学团队应注意六个方面的问题:围绕课程建设制定建设目标、围绕课程建设构建发展团队、形成良好的管理体制、营造和谐向上的团队氛围、充分认识教学团队建设的长期性。according to the references and the accumulated experience,Masterpiece curriculum can provide platform for teaching team building,which is the guarantee and the basis for masterpiece course. It can achieve win-win for curriculum building and team building to build up teaching team based on masterpiece curriculum platform.The building of teaching staff needs a long period instead of instant time. The framework of the team should be distributed accordingly. The goals of the curriculum in different stages should follow the reality,teaching concept and tendency of the courses,based on which the courses are conducted in multi-ways. The impulse can be motivated since the well-designed management and mechanism as well as the team culture.
