应用型技术人才创业思维和创业能力培养策略分析

摘　　要：创业思维、创业能力是大学创业教育的根本任务。本研究通过质性研究方法、国际对比,培养学生创业行动欲求;培养学生同时运用预测思维和创造性行动思维;培养学生思维多样性;培养学生善用中国文化资本和西方的反事实思维;培养学生跨文化能力多个维度构建创业思维和创业能力培养体系,聚焦于应用技术人才的创业思维和创业能力的构建与提升。It is true that entrepreneurial mindset and competence are the fundamental task of university entrepreneurship education.The paper focuses on the construction mechanism of cultivating the entrepreneurial mindset and competence for applied technique tales,employing qualitative method,and using international experience comparison.On the other hand,it also proposes the following education tactics：Firstly,It is necessary light up the entrepreneurial desire of students;Secondly,it is useful to encourage students embracing and employing forecast mindset and creative action mindset;Thirdly,it is essential to stimulate students＇ diversified thinking;Finally,it is important to enhance students immersing Chinese cultural capital and Western counterfactual thinking.
