浙江省某市居民食品安全满意度现状及影响因素研究

摘　　要：目的:了解浙江省某市食品安全满意度现状,分析居民食品安全满意度影响因素,为加强政府食品安全监管工作以及提升居民食品安全总体满意度提出建议。方法:采用多阶段分层抽样抽取971名居民进行问卷调查,应用描述性分析、χ~2检验,Logistic回归分析所得数据,筛选食品安全满意度影响因素。结果:浙江省某市居民对于食品安全总体满意状况较好,表示为满意和比较满意的人群共占45.52%。Logistic回归分析显示,男性、食品安全状况明显改善及有所改善、对政府部门食品安全监管工作满意和比较满意、对政府部门食品安全信息公开比较满意是食品安全总体满意度的保护因素,而初中学历、职业为工人、商人、公司职员和服务业人员以及经常遇到食品安全问题是食品安全总体满意度的危险因素。结论:为提高居民食品安全满意度,建议从加强政府部门对食品安全的监管力度、拓宽食品安全信息公开渠道、丰富食品安全信息公开内容几个方面进行。Objective To investigate the status quo of food safety satisfaction in a city of Zhejiang province,to analyze the impact factors of residents＇ food safety satisfaction,and to put forward suggestions for the government to strengthen the work of food safety supervision and enhance the food safety satisfaction of residents.Methods Multi-stage sampling was used to select 971 residents in a city of Zhejiang province to conduct a questionnaire survey.Descriptive analysis,Chi-square test and Logistic regression analysis were used to analyze the data and find out the impact factors of food safety satisfaction.Results The overall food safety satisfaction of residents in a city of Zhejiang province was good.The rate of satisfaction and fairly satisfaction accounted for 45.52% of the total.The result of Logistic regression analysis showed that the protected factors of food safety satisfaction were male,food security situation improved significantly and fairly significantly,being satisfied and fairly satisfied with food safety supervision work of government departments,being fairly satisfied with the food safety information publicity work of government departments,while the risk factors of food safety satisfaction were junior high school educational background,occupation being worker,businessman,company staff and service personnel,and frequently encountering food safety problems.Conclusions In order to improve the food safety satisfaction of residents in a city of Zhejiang province,this study suggests that the government should strengthen the supervision on food safety,broaden the publicity channels for food safety information and enrich the publicity content of food safety information.
