摘 要:医学大数据时代的到来,给传统医学科研方式造成了巨大的冲击,同时也为医学研究和分析提供了一种全新的思路与手段。本文主要总结了目前专业学位研究生科研能力培养的三大困境:导师带教没经验,学生科研"开头难"和团队管理无制度。探讨了在医学大数据时代如何培养专业学位研究生的科研能力的四大对策:提高导师自身能力,建立完善规章制度,充分利用公共数据库和建立及管理自己的数据库。最后对研究生导师如何从自身出发适应新环境提高教学水平进行了一些探讨。为各位导师如何借此宝贵机遇培养复合型高级医学人才和组建优秀的科研团队提供参考。The arrival of medical big data era has brought great impact to the traditional medical research, and it also provides a brand-new idea and method for future medical research. Firstly, this paper summarized the current difficulties of cultivating scientific research ability of professional degree graduate students, teachers do not have teaching experience, students feel difficult to start a research and management of research team is disordered.Secondly, we find out four strategies to improve postgraduates' research ability in the age of medical data, teachers improve their research abilities, establish team management regulations, make full use of public databases and establish and manage their own databases. Finally, we thought about how graduate advisors from their own to adapt to new environments and improve their teaching skills. And our goal is to provide a reference for the instructors to take this opportunity to set up outstanding scientific research team.
