摘  要:如何处理好教学和科研的关系,是目前多数教学研究型大学及其教师需要解决的难题。科研反哺教学可利用发展较快的科研来对教学活动进行有效的帮助,不失为一种处理教学和科研关系的有效途径,以实现科研和教学统一协调发展。本文结合笔者在临床中药学的施教体会,从更新和丰富教学内容、提高教师学术水平和教学能力、培养学生创新意识和科学精神、培养学生实践能力、助推大学科研教学管理体制等五个方面,论述了科研反哺教学的作用及运用途径。How to deal with the relationship between teaching and research, which is currently the majority of teaching and research universities and their teachers need to solve the problem. Scientific research nurturing teaching can use the rapid development of scientific research to effectively support the teaching activities, which is an effective way to deal with teaching and research relations,to achieve a unified and coordinated development of scientific research and teaching.This article combines the author 's teaching experience in clinical pharmacy, from five aspects including updating and enriching the teaching content, improving the academic level and teaching ability of teachers, cultivating students ' innovative consciousness and scientific spirit, cultivating students ' practical ability, promoting the university research teaching management system, discusses the role of scientific research nurturing teaching and the ways of implementation.
