摘　　要：随着教育现代化的发展,教学模式逐渐由以教师的教为中心转变为以学生的学为中心,这就要求做到教考分离。要实现教考分离,就必须进行试题库建设。通过中医儿科学试题库的建设和应用分析,试题库有利于督促师生不断改进教与学的方法和提高教学质量。试题库建设需要做好设计并在应用中根据社会发展对人才的需求变化不断完善。With the development of education modernization, student learning-center teaching mode is formed gradually. This requires separation of teaching and examination. Item bank must be constructed in order to achieve this goal. Item bank is helpful to urge teachers and students to improve their teaching and learning methods constantly and improve the teaching quality. The construction of the item bank need good design and continuously perfect in application according to the changing talent needs of social development.
