摘　　要：高职学生就业问题一直以来都受到高度重视,积极开展大学生就业思想引导教育是高职院校的重要工作之一.通过对某职业院校化工及相关专业毕业生和在校生进行调查,深入了解当前高职学生就业思想状况,分析就业意识引导的必要性,探索高职化工及相关专业学生就业意识引导的有效措施,从而提高毕业生就业竞争力,在激烈的竞争中占据优势,顺利求职,成功就业.The employment of students in higher vocational colleges has always been highly valued,and it is one of the important tasks to guide actively the students in terms of their career development and employment consciousness.On the survey of the graduates and the undergraduates majoring in chemical industry and other relevant specialties,the paper tries to deeply understand the students′thoughts on employment,and analyzes the necessity of career guidance.The paper also tries to explore the effective measures on how to guide the students to improve their employment consciousness,hence to improve the graduates′compatibilities in terms of job hunting.
