摘 要:以数控激光切割机伺服进给系统为研究对象,通过分析系统各环节的数学模型,得到了系统的动态结构图,建立了进给系统的机电耦合模型,仿真分析了系统传动刚度对伺服系统的影响。利用该机电耦合模型可以分析系统参数对伺服系统动态特性的影响,对系统动态性能进行优化,提升伺服进给系统的设计效率。Taking the servo feeding system of CNC laser cutting machine as the research object, the dynam- ic structure of the system has been obtained by analyzing the mathematical model of each part for the sys- tem. The electromechanical coupling model of the feeding system has been established, and the influence of transmission system stiffness on the servo system has been simulated. The electromechanical coupling model has been adopted to analyze the influence of the parameters on the dynamic characteristics of the servo system. Thus in this way, the dynamic performance of the system has been optimized to improve the design efficiency of the servo feeding system.
