摘　　要：成长档案是个人在成长过程中主体成长与发展经历的记录,在高校专业人才培养中起着极其重要的作用,是对学生成长历程的真实记录,能够在学生未来成长的过程中起到促进学生就业核心竞争力的作用。成长档案的利用在东北地区满族历史与文化专业人才的培养中更是显得尤为重要,这不仅仅是专业人才成长轨迹的真实记录,更体现了这一群体在培养过程中所受到的良好的基础训练及较强专业素质,为人才的后续选拔与培养提供了极其重要的支持。The growth archives is the personal record of growth and development experience, and plays an important role in talents training in universities, which is a true record of students＇ development and can promote students＇ employment competitiveness in students＇ future growth. The utilization of growth archives in training of professional talents of Manchu history and culture in Northeast China is particularly important in that this is not only true record of professional talents growth, but also reflects the good basic training and strong professional qualities in the cultivation process, thus providing vital support for the follow-up talents selection and training.
