摘　　要：生命教育对于高职大学生具有重要意义,有助于帮助大学生树立积极的人生观,认识人生中的逆境与挫折,促进心理成熟。高职院校当前开展生命教育存在重视不足、形式陈旧等问题。本研究提出生命教育应从丰富德育内容、重视思想教育、加强心理辅导、促进逆商教育四个方面开展,增强生命教育的针对性和实效性。Life education is great significance to higher vocational college students which can help them to establish a positive outlook on life recognize adversity and frustration in life,and promote psychological maturity.There are some problems in carrying out life education in higher vocational college,such as lack of attention,old-fashioned form and so on.The essay puts forward that life education should pursue four aspects：enriching moral content,emphasizing ideological education,strengthening psychological counseling and promoting adversity quotient（AQ）education to enhance the relevance and effectiveness of life education.
