摘　　要：综述了印度块菌(Tuber indicum Cooke et Massee)在定名、分布、分子系统学、遗传多样性、生物化学、生活史及人工栽培等方面的研究概况,分析了当前研究中尚待解决的问题,如目前野生印度块菌无法满足规模化生产的需求、尚未获得人工培育的菌种等,并提出了加强对西南地区资源的研究、建立适宜的保护机制、进行科普宣传等建议。The comprehensive surveys of Tuber indicum Cooke et Massee were summarized, which included naming, distribution, molecular systematics, genetic diversity, biochemistry, life history, cultivation and so on. The problems to be solved in the current research were analyzed, which included that wild Tuber indicum could not meet the requirements of large-scale production, strains of artificial cultivation had not been received. The proposals for further study, such as strengthening research on the resources of the southwest region, establishing the appropriate protection mechanism, carrying out science popularization were also recommended.
