摘　　要：本文通过日本中学家政课教科书内容分析发现,教科书中体现的可持续发展观念涵盖人类共生、环境保护、资源节约等九个主题,涉及社会、环境、经济三大领域,以知识传授、技能训练和价值观培养的方式加以渗透。日本家政课中的可持续发展教育对我国有以下启示:突出生命共存的价值观、面向全球化问题与挑战、重视文化与传统的延续、围绕实际生活问题解决。Through content analysis of home economics textbooks in Japanese middle schools it is found that： The concept of sustainable development embodied in textbooks covers nine themes such as human symbiosis, environmental protection and resource conservation, it involves three fields of society, environment and economy, and is infiltrated by means of knowledge imparting, skill training and value cultivating. The sustainable development education in Japanese home economics has the following enlightenments for China： Highlighting the values of life coexistence, attaching importance to the continuity of culture and tradition, facing up to globalization issues and challenges, centering on solving problems in real life.
