摘　　要：核心能力是构筑战略性新兴产业竞争力的基石,本文基于综合优势理论思想,以中国新能源汽车产业为例,运用解释性案例和专利计量嵌入相结合的研究方法,揭示基于主导优势的战略性新兴产业核心能力形成机理。研究表明,伴随产业主导优势经历碎片化网络、单一辐轴网络到多中心小世界网络的动态演化,产业核心能力依次从小生境产品模仿创新能力、产品系列化自主开发能力到全面拓展的产业协同创新能力,二者共同进化,并且与产业综合优势同步发展,在创新驱动力、需求拉动力和政策引导力三重动力作用下实现战略性新兴产业主导优势特色不断升级和核心能力的持续积累。本研究旨在为战略性新兴产业核心能力培育和基于核心能力的综合优势战略管理提供理论指导和决策参考。Core competence is the footstone to establish the competitive advantage of the strategic emerging industry. Based on the comprehensive advantage theory,and by using a case study of new energy vehicles industry in China,this paper reveals the formation mechanism of strategic emerging industry＇s core competence based on leading advantage by the methods of interpretive case study and patentometrics. The results prove that,firstly,the industry core competence keeps improving from imitational innovation competence of ecological niche product,independent development competence of product seriation to industry synergy innovation competence of full expansion,accompanying with leading advantage ＇s three-stage dynamic evolution which goes through scattered fragments network,single hub-and-spoke network and multi-hub small world network; secondly,both core competence and leading advantage evolve jointly and develop simultaneously with comprehensive advantage to achieve upgrading of leading advantages of strategic emerging industries and continuous accumulation of core competence under the innovation-driven,demand-pulled and policy guided forces. This research aims to provide theory guide and decision reference for strategic emerging industry core competence fostering and comprehensive advantage strategy management based on core competence.
