企业大学的功能体系及其演进过程研究——海尔大学和华为大学的纵向案例分析

摘　　要：许多企业在内部设立了企业大学,但是对于企业大学承担何种功能尚有不同的认识。通过对海尔大学和华为大学功能体系及其演化过程的分析,得到以下研究发现:一是归纳了企业大学具备的多种功能或者说功能体系,包括"衔接教育功能"、"知识升级功能"、"知识联接功能"及"知识孵化功能"等。提出了企业大学"能力链"这一概念,并分析了该能力链的构成及构建规律。二是总结了企业大学发展过程中功能体系不断延伸的规律,即企业大学在成立初期一般仅承担衔接教育功能,逐步地演变成为企业的知识活动中心。Many corporations have established internal corporate universities. While recent researches about the main function of corporate universities haven＇t reached an agreement. Haier University and Huawei University are taken as typical Iongitudinal cases, evolution trends of theirs functions are analyzed. The results are as follows. First, the multiple functions that a corporate university should have are summarized, including link-up education function, knowledge upgrade function, knowledge joint function and knowledge hatch function. This article also proposed the notion of capability chain and ana- lyzed its structure as well as the structure laws. Second, the expanding process of the function system is concluded, which means the corporate university usually only undertake the link-up education function in preliminary stage, and then evolve into the corporate knowledge activity center gradually
