国际汉语教师职前培训效果研究——基于分层次评估模型的分析

摘  要:教师职前培训是连接职前培养和在职培训的桥梁,基于分层次评估模型,选择国际汉语教师志愿者职前培训为研究对象,以调查问卷、访谈、个案研究的方法实证分析了反应层、学习层、行为层评估的培训效果。通过分析与描述,建议为了达到更优的培训效果应制定具有针对性、实用性的培训内容,突出实践性为主体的培训方式,恰当选用经验与能力并重的优质师资。Teachers' pre-service training is a bridge between pre-service cultivation and in-service training.Based on the hierarchical evaluation model,the pre-service training of international Chinese teachers is selected as the research object. The questionnaire,interview and case study are used to analyze the response assessment,the study evaluation and the behavior assessment of the training effect. In order to achieve better training effect,we should set up targeted and practical training contents,highlight the practice-oriented training methods,and appropriately select qualified teachers with both experience and ability.
