摘 要:为降低某四轴连通式油气悬架导弹发射车行驶时对路面的损伤程度,对导弹发射车的道路友好性进行了联合仿真研究。基于油气悬架发射车1/4模型,推导了其6自由度动力学方程,采用滤波白噪声法构建路面激励,建立了考虑轮胎非线性特性的ADAMS/Simulink/AMESim联合仿真模型,以"95百分位四次幂和力"作为评价指标对道路友好性进行深入分析。研究结果表明:蓄能器初始充气压力、容积和阻尼孔径对道路破坏系数有较大影响;车速升高时,较好路面的道路破坏系数增加缓慢,然而对于低等级路面,道路破坏系数会显著增大;在合理的范围内,选择较低的轮胎刚度可以提高道路友好性。To reduce the damage by vehicle-generated, the road-friendliness of a missile launcher with interconnected hydro- pneumatic suspension was studied based on co-simulation technology. A 6-DOF mathematics equation of 1/4 missile launcher was de- rived, pavement model was generated by using filter white noise method and co-simulation model considering tire nonlinear was estab- lished by using ADAMS/Simulink/AMESim measure. "95 percentage fourth power aggregate force" was used as the criterion for road- friendliness. The results show that the road damage coefficient can be significantly influenced by initial pressure, total volume of the accumulator and the diameter of damper-hole. If the missile launcher drives on the smooth road, the damage coefficient will grow slow- ly as speed increasing. Otherwise, the increase is obviously. Besides, lower tire stiffness can improve the road-friendliness.
