摘　　要：校企合作是高职院校人才培养的长期命题,已成为职业教育发展的必然趋势,但由于学校资源不足、企业积极性不高、政府没有明确立法等诸方面的原因,校企合作成效并不显著。本文着重对高职经管类专业校企合作的现状分析并且针对学校、企业、政府提出相关的解决对策。加强学生自身素质,提高实际解决问题的能力,进而提高企业参与校企合作的积极性,与经管专业建立更深层次的校企合作,从而进行人才培养。As a long-term proposition of personnel training in higher vocational colleges, school-enterprise cooperation has become an inevitable trend in the development of vocational education. However, because of insufficient school resources, low enthusiasm of the enterprises and no explicit legislation by the government, the cooperation between school and enterprises is not effective Significant. This article focuses on the analysis of the status quo of the cooperation between colleges and enterprises in economics and management in higher vocational colleges and puts forward some countermeasures for schools, enterprises and governments. Strengthen their own quality and enhance their ability to solve practical problems so as to enhance the enthusiasm of enterprises to participate in the cooperation between schools and enterprises and establish a deeper level of cooperation with schools and enterprises in order to conduct personnel training.
