摘　　要："一带一路"建设面临语言能力挑战。应对挑战,语言规划先行势在必行。"一带一路"语言规划应着眼于国家大局,从语言语种及功能、语言安全、语言传播等方面入手,在"一带一路"沿线广阔的国际空间展开语言能力的规划与建设。语言规划之价值在于语言服务。目前"一带一路"语言服务主要体现在语言人才服务、文明互鉴、文化融通、语言社会应用服务、语言产品及国际军事安全语言服务等方面。Responding to the challenges of language competence in "The Road and Belt Initiative",it is imperative to implement the strategy of language planning,which should be conducted from the perspectives of language functions,language security and language spread for the purpose of planning language competence construction along "The Road and Belt Initiative". The value of language planning lies in language services which currently include language talent service,mutual learning among civilizations,cultural integration,language social application,language products and international military security.
