家庭视角下英国早期教育政策的经验与启示

摘　　要：家庭作为教育的起点,在0-3岁早期教育中发挥着重要作用,直接制约着早期教育的质量。英国作为早期教育发展的领头军,经过二十几年的发展和完善,已经逐步建立起了一套较为完整的早期教育政策体系。我国早期教育处在起步阶段,问题层出不穷,这些问题的解决首先依赖于完备的政策制度建设。英国早期教育政策体系中所体现出的对家庭的重视和支持,值得我们学习和借鉴。As the starting point years old children and directly of education, the family plays an impo restricts the quality of it. As the leading rtant role in the early education of the 0-3 force of early education development, Brit- ain has gradually established a complete set of early education policy system after more than 20 years of develop- ment and improvement. China＇s early education is in the initial stage, problems emerge in endlessly, and the solu- tion of these problems depends on the complete policy system construction. The importance of the support of the family in the early education policy system in the United Kingdom is worth learning and drawing lessons from.
