摘　　要：本文基于广播电视业务特征,分析传统广播电视催缴系统的缺点与不足,分析设计自动催费系统实施的可行性以及给广播电视公司运营带来的经济效益。详细分析系统建设的需求和建设目标,阐述了系统的设计原理及实现方式。Considering the characteristic of broadcasting business, this paper analyzes the shortages of traditional broadcasting charging system. Also, it analyzes the feasibility of automatic charging system and its economic benefit to radio and television companies. Then it expounds the requirement and construction target of the system, as well as the design and implementation in detail.
