北京市三级医院住院医师临床实践能力自我评价研究

摘　　要：目的:了解住院医师对临床实践能力的自我评价情况,为进一步提升培训质量、提高临床实践能力提供借鉴和参考。方法:采取分层抽样的方法,通过调查问卷对北京市13所三级医院的住院医师进行调查,数据分析采用相关分析等统计学方法。结果:住院医师对自身临床实践能力自我评价平均得分为(7.31±1.71)分,其中住院医师对工作制度了解情况、日常工作参与情况、参与科研情况、对工作的满意度、人际交往情况等均为住院医师对自身临床实践能力自我评价的影响因素。结论:提高住院医师的临床实践能力,需要使住院医师能够系统深入了解工作制度,提升工作主动性;经常参加集体活动,提升工作参与度;同时,需要建立良好的人际关系。Objectives： To understand the self-evaluation of residents on clinical practice skill and to provide reference for further improving training quality and improving clinical practice skill. Methods： Stratified sampling method was adopted to investigate the residents of 13 tertiary hospitals in Beijing by questionnaire. The data were analyzed by correlation analysis. Results： The clinical practice skill of resident self-evaluation the average score was 7.31±1.707,among them,the work system to understand the situation,the daily work of participation,participation in scientific research,job satisfaction and interpersonal situation are the influence factors of self-evaluation of their clinical practice ability of residents. Conclusions： It shows that in-depth understanding of working regulation and standard,taking part in collective activities and constructing good interpersonal relationship can improve resident＇s clinical skill.
