摘  要:四列星型和双V型往复压缩机以其结构紧凑、动力平衡性好的优点,是小型中高压空压机的多用机型。分别对四列星型、双V型压缩机的动力学特性进行理论分析,分别计算了两种机型的往复惯性力、旋转惯性力、往复惯性力矩和旋转惯性力矩,并分析了它们对压缩机的影响,为机器设计和解决机器的振动问题提供帮助。Four-row star type and double-V type reciprocating compressors are generally adopted in fields of small size and high pressure air compressing, because of their advantages of compact structure and good dynamic balance. Dynamic characteristics of these two type of compressors were analyzed in this paper. The reciprocating inertia force, the rotation inertia force,the reciprocating moment of intertia and the rotation moment of inertia were calculated respectively for each type. Effects of these forces and moments on compressors were as well as discussed. The conclusions are meaningful to compressor design and vibration problems solving.
