摘  要:中医基础理论是开启中医志趣,培养中医思维的关键课程。将古代医案融入其教学过程中,将抽象的中医术语及原理置于生动的医案展示中,对于加深中医理论的理解、构建中医思维、活跃课堂气氛、塑造人文精神等诸多方面均有良好效果。对医案引入教案的必要性及可行性进行阐释,并通过具体的课堂实例,提出在引入医案服务于课堂教学时要注意的原则:选案要紧扣课堂知识而不能喧宾夺主,要相对浅显易懂,要注重对中医思维的引导和培养,要体现严谨而生动的特点,要具有启发性和探索性,要渗透中医文化以提升学生的职业自豪感等。The course of TCM fundamental theory is a key one exciting interest and training TCM thinking.Abstract TCM terms and theories can be displayed vividly by integrating ancient medical records into the teaching process. Thus, better understanding is acquired, TCM thinking mode is cultivated, class atmosphere is activated and humanistic spirit is molded. The necessity and feasibility of introducing ancient medical records into teaching plan are explained. By detailed classroom demonstration, the introducing principles were put forward, such as ancient medical records are closely linked to knowledge points and easy to understand, focus on cultivation of thinking mode, are strict, lively, enlightening and exploratory, permeate TCM culture and raise sense of occupational pride.
