摘　　要：针对医学教育中存在教学理论与实践脱节、教学活动与科学研究失衡、教师和学生重知识轻能力、忽略教育对"人"的培养等问题,结合"生物化学实验课程"平台,以"总胆固醇检测试剂盒"的研发为基础,通过指导本科生开展大学生创新创业训练计划项目,获得科研和教学成果,探索EIP-CDIO项目教学法在医学教育中的应用。The problems of medical education in colleges,such as the separation of theory teaching and practice,the imbalance of teaching and research,result in teachers and students emphasizing the ability of knowledge and neglecting the cultivation of the ＂ people＂. Combining the teaching platform of ＂ Biochemistry Experiment Course＂,the paper takes research of ＂ Total Cholesterol Assay Kit ＂ as a foundation to guide undergraduate students to join innovation and entrepreneurship training programs. The research gets scientific and teaching results,and also explores the application of EIP-CDIO project teaching method in medical education.
