摘  要:高校实验教学设备是培养创新型人才的重要物质基础。目前高校中实验仪器设备普遍存在着利用率不高的现象。实验技术人员参与仪器设备的全生命周期管理,是提高仪器设备利用率的关键。在当前高校实验仪器设备投入大、管理复杂的背景下,指出要明确实验技术人员的定位,充分发挥实验技术人员在仪器设备的购前论证、维护保养与维修、资源共享、新项目及功能的开发,以及后期处置等各环节的作用,提高实验教学设备的利用率。Experimental teaching equipment is an important material base of innovative talents cultivation in colleges and universities. A common phenomenon of experimental instruments and equipment in colleges and universities is low utilization ratio. Lab technicians are involved in the whole life cycle management of instruments and equipment, and therefore it becomes the key to raise the utilization ration. Under the background of high investment and complicated management, it is pointed out that we must make clear the position of lab technicians and give full play to them to improve the utilization ratio of experimental teaching equipment in various procedures, including equipment purchase argumentation, maintenance and repair, resource sharing, new projects and function development and later period treatment.
