摘 要:目的比较学龄前痉挛型脑瘫儿童与正常儿童单韵母共振峰及口腔共鸣的差异,探讨学龄前痉挛型脑瘫儿童单韵母共振峰以及口腔共鸣特征。方法对学龄前痉挛型脑瘫儿童和正常儿童各20例发元音/a、o、e、i、u、ü/的平稳段第一、二共振峰(F1、F2)进行采集提取,根据公式计算出舌距和下颌距以及元音空间的面积,对两组结果进行比较分析。结果脑瘫儿童发/a/音的F1值显著低于正常儿童(P<0.05),发/o/音的F2值显著高于正常儿童(P<0.05),发/i/音的F2值显著低于正常儿童(P<0.05);两组儿童发/a/音的F2值,/o/、/i/音的F1值,以及发/e/、/u/、/ü/音的F1、F2值差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。脑瘫儿童的舌距、下颌距及元音空间面积显著小于正常儿童(P<0.05)。结论学龄前痉挛型脑瘫儿童单韵母共振峰(F_1、F2值)与正常儿童有差异,舌距、下颌距、元音空间面积较正常儿童小,影响单韵母共振峰以及口腔共鸣的主要原因为脑瘫儿童舌部以及下颌部的运动协调能力差,舌及下颌的前后、高低运动范围小。Objective To compare the resonance peaks of the single vowel and the resonance of the children in preschool with spastic cerebral palsy and normal children, and to explore the resonance effect of the single vowel and the resonance of the oral cavity in children with preschool spastic cerebral palsy. Methods A total of 20 preschool children with spastic cerebral palsy and 20 normal preschool children were included in this study. The first and second formants on each group of children of Chinese vowels /a/,/o/,/e/,/i/,/u/,/u/core, seeking area was tongue and lower jaw and vowel space. Results There were no significant differences of /a/ F2,/o/F1, /i/ F1, /e//u/ /ü/F1,F2 between two group (P〉0.05) ;/a/ F1, /o/F2,and /i/ F2 had a significant difference (P〈0.05) .The tongue distance, lower jaw distance and vowel space of children with cerebral palsy was lower than that of normal children (P〈0.05) .Conclusion There was a difference in the single vowel resonance peak(F1,F2) between children with spasticity and preschool normal children. The main reason for the resonance of the oral cavity was the tongue of the children with cerebral palsy,poor coordination of department and the mandibular movement, low range of movement of tongue and mandibular front and rear, high.
