教师专业化发展视角下高师英语专业的改革探索

摘  要:教育改革的不断深化使得教师行业的专业化程度越来越高,教师专业化发展也成为当代教师成长与发展的集中体现。在此背景下,为基础教育培养并输出合格师资力量的高师英语专业有必要重新定位职前教师所具备的素养,注重人文与道德素养并重、语言与创新素养兼顾、教育与学习素养同行。而传统高师英语专业的培养模式已无法满足当下社会所提出的需求,缺乏教师专业能力教育,无法满足教师专业发展。立足教师专业发展,高师英语专业的改革应进一步明确新时代英语师范生的培养目标、完善高师英语专业教育教学课程体系、强化并完善实践教学环节,以适应教师专业化发展的趋势。The deepening of education reform makes higher demands of professionalization of teachers, and the development ofprofessionalization has become the presentation of teachers * development and growth. Correspondingly, the English Education Majorin normal universities should further reposition the qualities for the will-be English teachers, combining the human and moral qualities,language and creativity qualities as well as education and learning qualities. Obviously, the traditional cultivation mode for EnglishEducation Major in normal universities couldn * t meet the need for society and the requirement of professionalization for teachers.Accordingly, the reform of English Education Major should further clarify the cultivation goals for students in the new era, perfecteducational and methodological courses and meanwhile, strengthen the teaching practice for the professionalization of teachers.
