摘　　要：褪黑素作为一种荷尔蒙,对改善人体神经和内分泌系统具有显著效果。该物质既存在于人体和动物体内,也存在于多种植物中。褪黑素的生理功能,褪黑素在植物体内的含量和褪黑素的提取、测定方法,具有一定的研究价值。As a hormone,melatonin has a significant effect on improving the human nerve and endocrine system.The substance exists both in humans and animals and also in many plants. The physiological functions of melatonin,the content of melatonin in plants and the extraction of melatonin,determination methods,have certain research value.
