摘　　要：毕业实习环节是高等工科学校的重要教学环节,在培养高级工程技术人才中起着举足轻重的作用。传统毕业实习方法、实习方式和实习质量等方面存在许多不足,实习效果不甚理想,实习质量有待提高。我校轻化工程(染整)专业以就业为导向,结合"卓越工程师培养计划",对毕业实习环节进行了一系列的改革尝试,通过毕业实习的改革,显著提高了毕业实习质量,极大地调动学生与用人单位的积极性,也为后续实践教学的开展和推广提供了一些实际经验。Graduation practice is an important teaching link in higher engineering colleges, which plays an important role in cultivating senior engineering talents. There are many defciencies in traditional graduation practice methods, modes and quality of internship, which results into the effect of practice not being ideal. Light chemical engineering specialty, Dyeing and fnishing, in our college takes the employment as the guidance, combining with the ＂outstanding engineers training plan＂, and a series of reform of the graduation practice are carried out. The quality of graduation practice is improved and the enthusiasm of students and enterprises are greatly mobilized, meanwhile, provides some practical experience for the follow-up practical teaching.
