摘  要:随着高等教育大众化发展,地方师范院校普遍存在教师专业发展内在动力不足、外在激励服务机制不健全以及教师教学技能、教育水平与人才培养质量的要求不相匹配等问题。因此,以教师发展专业机构为依托,加强新进教师入职培训的针对性;增强教师专业发展的开放性和内外驱动力;以教研室建设为抓手,保障教师专业发展的持续性,着力培育教学名师;建立开放灵活的教师引入和淘汰机制;等等。只有这样,才能切实提高地方师范院校教师专业发展水平和人才培养质量。Due to the popular development of the tertiary education, there exists some problems in the local normal universities, the internal motivation and the external incentive service mechanism of teacher professional development are insufficient in local univer- sities, and teachers' teaching skills and education level can not satisfy the requirements of personnel training. Therefore, some sugges- tions have been raised in this paper. Teachers' professional development institutions should take the new teachers' vocational training as the first mission so as to enhance their openness and driving forces. Teaching and research offices should ensure the sustainability of teachers' professional development, which can establish an open and flexible introduction and elimination mechanism. In this way, ef- fective professional development and the quality of personnel training for teachers in local normal universities can be enhanced.
