摘  要:对高职院校工业分析与检验专业人才培养模式进行了研究和实践,取得了良好的效果和成果,提出了以"以检验岗位任务为主线,以典型化工产品检验为载体,以国家、行业、企业标准为依据,以检验工职业资格为参照,以校企交替培养为环境"的课程体系整体设计思路。构建的工业分析与检验专业"校企联手、三阶递进"的工学交替人才培养模式,对高职院校同类专业人才培养模式改革具有重要的参考价值。The task studies and practices the training model of industrial analysis and inspection professionals of vocational colleges and achieved good results and achievements. It puts forward an overall curriculum system design concept'testing the job tasks as the main line,testing typical chemical product as a carrier,using industrial standards or enterprise standards as the basis,using the professional qualification of the inspection work as a reference, alternating school-enterprise culture for the environment.' We construct the school-enterprise alternating training mode of'schools and enterprises together,the third-order progressive' for industrial analysis and testing of professionals,which has important reference value for the training mode reform of vocational colleges of similar professionals.
