高校内部教学质量保障体系建设成熟度评价研究

摘　　要：高校内部教学质量保障体系的建立是提高教学质量的重要保证,而其建设的成熟度决定着质量目标的达成度。笔者在提出高校内部教学质量保障体系建设成熟度评价的设计原则、构建成熟度评价的多维指标体系、分析评价指标体系的内涵、运用数学方法分析计算指标权重的基础上,指出了评价考核的重点和方向,籍此为高校开展教学质量保障体系建设方向提供参考,为专家开展教学质量保障体系建设的成熟度评价提供有效工具。The establishment of internal teaching quality assurance system in universities is an important guarantee to improve the teaching quality,and the maturity of its construction determines the achievement of quality goals. This paper puts forward the design principles of maturity evaluation of the construction of teaching quality assurance system in colleges and universities,builds a multidimensional index system of maturity evaluation,analyzes the connotation of evaluation index system,analyzes and evaluates the weight of indicators by mathematical method,and then points out the emphasis and direction of evaluation,to provide reference for universities to carry out the construction of teaching quality assurance system and to provide an effective tool for experts to carry out the maturity assessment of construction of teaching quality assurance system.
