三甲医院临床护士评判性思维与临床决策能力的相关性分析

摘　　要：目的 了解中山市三甲医院护士评判性思维和临床决策能力状况,分析临床护士评判性思维与临床决策能力的相关性,进一步探讨护士临床决策能力的影响因素及提高临床护士临床决策能力的途径.方法 采用问卷调查法,以自行设计的一般资料问卷、评判性思维态度倾向性调查表-中文版（CTDI-CV）和护理临床决策测评工具（CDMNS）对中山市4家三甲医院260名临床护士进行调查.结果 临床护士评判性思维能力得分为（272.83±23.58）分,显示中山市三甲医院临床护士的评判性思维处于中等水平;临床护士护理临床决策能力得分为（137.53±12.87）分,处于中等水平.结论 临床护士护理临床决策能力的多重线性回归分析结果显示,评判性思维的认知成熟度、求知欲、开放思想以及一般因素中的现工作科室是影响护士护理临床决策能力的重要因素. Objective To understand the status quo of the critical thinking and clinical decision-making abili-ty of nurses from the Third-Grade Class-A hospitals in Zhongshan city, and the correlation between critical thinking and clinical decision-making ability. To further explore the influencing factors of clinical decision-making ability of nurses and the ways to improve the clinical decision-making ability of clinical nurses. Methods A total of 260 nurses from 4 Third-Grade Class-A hospitals in Zhongshan city were investigated by the Self-Designed General Information Question-nare, Critical-thinking Disposition Inventory in Chinese Version （ CTDI-CV） and Clinical-Nursing Decision-Making As-sessment Tool （ CDMNS） . Results The score of critical thinking ability of clinical nurses was （ 272. 83 ± 23. 58 ） , which showed that the critical thinking ability of clinical nurses from Third-Grade Class-A hospitals in Zhongshan city was at a moderate level. The clinical decision-making ability of clinical nurses was （ 137. 53 ± 12. 87 ） , which was in the middle level. Conclusion The results of the multiple linear regression analysis on the clinical decision-making abili-ty of clinical nurses showed that the cognition maturity of the critical mind, intellectual curiosity, open mind and the working department of the general factors are the important influencing factors for the decision-making ability of the nur-ses.
