摘　　要：提高全国计算机等级考试(NCRE)的服务性是考试可持续发展的重要举措。本文提出服务型NCRE考试(Service-oriented NCRE,SNCRE)概念并对其内涵进行分析。在调查了社会典型企业、行业对人才信息技术能力需求的基础上,构建融合企业、行业需求的SNCRE考试内容体系,为NCRE考试改革提供借鉴。Improving the service of the National Computer Rank Examination（NCRE）is an important measure for the sustainable development of the NCRE. On the basis of investigating typical enterprises and industry demands for information technology capacity, this paper puts forward the concept of Service-oriented NCRE（SNCRE）,and analyzes its connotation. The SNCRE examination content system is constructed as a combination of business as industry needs. It will provide some reference for NCRE reform development.
