摘　　要：人们对医疗护理需求日益提高，高等护理教育必将成为发展趋势。本科护生专业思想不稳定将影响整个护理队伍的稳定，从而影响到医院的医疗护理质量。因此，稳定本科护生专业思想，提高护生专业素质是摆在每一位护理教育者面前的课题。With the increasing demand for medical care, higher nursing education is bound to become a trend. The instability of professional thought of nursing undergraduates will affect the stability of the entire nursing team, thereby the quality of medical care in the hospital. Therefore, to stabilize the professional thought of nursing undergraduates and to improve their professional quality is the subject of every nursing educator.
