摘　　要：高职教育课堂教学改革种类繁多，依据多种学习模式融合，采取引入翻转课堂教学新模式，并结合模拟岗位工作室的学习体验过程，改变学生的学习方法，转变学生的学习态度，使学生成为学习的主体，从而培养提高学生的非认知技能。The teaching reform on higher vocational education has so much variety. According to the fusion of various learning pat- terns, we introduce the new teaching pattern of the flipped classroom combined with the process of learning experience of the simulated post studio to change the learning methods and attitudes of students and make students become the subject of study as to develop and improve the noncognitive skills of students.
