对对象之评判与对对象之愉悦的情感的先后问题何以可能是“理解纯粹鉴赏判断的钥匙”?——以《判断力批判》第九节为基础,对康德纯粹鉴赏判断原理之阐明思路的深入分析

摘　　要：康德在《判断力批判》的第九节中所提出的问题即在鉴赏判断中"感觉"先于"判断"还是后者先于前者作为"理解鉴赏判断的钥匙",不但决定了对美的判断与崇高判断之间的关系理解,也决定了对于由美的判断和崇高判断所构成的"感性判断力批判"与"目的论判断力批判"之间的关系,甚至还决定了《判断力批判》与《纯粹理性批判》和《实践理性批判》的关系以及整体结构。因此,文章以此问题作为基础,分析和梳理康德以知性和想象力在自由游戏过程中所产生的确定比例作为最终根据,由此所产生的鉴赏判断必然具有普遍可传达性,因而必然具有普遍有效性的内在原理和机制。In the ninth section of Critique of Judgment,the important content that the investigation of the question of the relative priority in a judgement of taste of the feeling of pleasure and the estimating of the object issued by Kant,which was called by Kant himself the key to the understanding of the Critique of taste and the pure aesthetic judgment,not only determines the understanding of the relationship between the Judgment of Beauty and the Judgment of Sublime,but also refers to the relationship between Aesthetic Judgment and Teleological Judgment; moreover,it even influences the relationship between the Critique of Judgment,Critique of Pure Reason and Critique of Practical Reason,and the whole structure of the three critical works of Kant＇s. This paper will based on the ninth section to take a detailed analysis,try to trace the principle and mechanism of the universal validity of pure aesthetic judgment in Critique of Judgment,which was used by Kant to be a final foundation for aesthetic judgment created by the certain proportion that was created by the process of free game of intellectual and imagination.
