摘　　要：分析动漫制作技术专业现代学徒制人才培养思路,提出深化校企合作,通过现代学徒制为企业参与职业教育人才培养全过程提供优质平台,采用动画工作室进行企业项目承接的形式,进行一对一的技术指导,强化师资队伍建设,大幅提高高职院校动画人才培养质量,培养符合企业用工标准的规格型高级人才,树立品牌专业,打造特色学院,以提高学校的知名度与国际竞争力。This paper analyzes the train of thought of modern apprenticeship talents in the field of animation making technology,and puts forward the methods on deepening the cooperation between school and enterprise,providing highquality platform for enterprises to participate in the whole process of vocational education through modern apprenticeship system,using animation studios to undertake enterprise project, strengthening the construction of teaching staff,substantially improving the quality of vocational college animation talent training,cultivating high-level talents in line with the employment standard of enterprises,establishing a brand major and creating a college with characteristics,so as to improve the visibility and international competitiveness of colleges.
