摘 要:转型期,农民职业化教育是一个伴随着农业现代化的时代命题。关于农民职业化概念的基本内涵成为了实施教育措施的根本前提。农民能否从一种身份转化为一种职业,决定了农民职业化教育成本的成败。现实中存在农民自身的文化水平低、生产技能落后、缺乏合适培训机会等问题,致使农民职业化教育并未得到有效推行。鉴于此,提出了相关的对策与建议,可以考虑通过围绕农民职业取代身份的思路,在思想认识、加大供给、立法保障、配套措施等方面采取相关的行动,以促进农民职业化教育的质量与效率。In the period of transformation, the professional education of farmers is an era proposition with the modernization of ag- riculture. The basic connotation of the concept of the professionalization of farmers has become the fundamental premise of the imple- mentation of educational measures. Whether farmers could be transformed from a kind of identity into a kind of occupation directly de- termines the success or failure of the professional education of farmers. In reality, there are some problems as the low level of farmers' culture. The backward production skills and the lack of appropriate training opportunities, and which make farmers' professional educa- tion have not been effectively implemented. In view of these, some countermeasures and suggestions are putting forward in this paper. Taking into account the idea of replacing the identity of the farmers to their occupation, the author raises suggestions from the following aspects to promote the quality and efficiency of professional education for farmers: deepening thinking and understanding; increasing the supply; establishing relevant laws and completing construction facilities.
