论新形势下基层街镇成人学校功能的多维度构建

摘　　要：基层街镇成人学校是区域城乡公共教育事业的重要组成部分,是区县开放大学(社区学院)加强辖区内成人教育主体系统建设的重点工作对象。随着社会转型以及城乡一体化进程的加快,特别是日前《关于加强乡镇政府服务能力建设的意见》的出台,在新形势发展背景下,文章从新农村建设、学习型农村建设、沿海郊区新农村治理"三个维度"综合考量基层街镇成人学校的功能构建,就基层街镇成人学校功能构建的原则、内涵、实施策略等进行了探讨。Primary street town adult school is an important part of regional public education in urban and rural areas, and it is also the main object of the construction of adult education system in the district for open universities （community colleges）. With the so- cial transformation and the integration of urban and rural areas to speed up the process, especially the day before the ＂on the strength of the capacity of township government service construction opinions＂ issued, characteristic and the implementation strategies are dis- cussed based on the new situation, under the new rural construction, rural construction, coastal suburb of social governance ＂three dimensions＂ to comprehensively consider primary street town adult school functional construction.
