摘  要:为了提升高校分析测试技术课程的教学效果,充分发挥SEM在教学中的作用,探索了一个新的教学模式。在理论教学开始前,先进行SEM演示教学实验,让学生直观地面向SEM的运行过程以期激发学生的求知欲;在SEM理论教学的过程中,针对诸如照明系统、像差原理等教学重点和难点,让学生先从SEM图像上识别相关现象再从理论上进行讲授,起到了事半功倍的教学效果。SEM实验教学分为演示实验、操作实验和综合实验3个层次,而以后两者为实验教学的重点。采取上机操作、实验报告和口试等灵活多样的课程考核方式,达到了预期的教学目标。In order to improve the teaching effect of the analysis and test technology courses in colleges and universities and give full play to the role of SEM(scanning electron microscope)in the teaching,a new teaching model is explored.Before the beginning of the theory teaching,the SEM demonstration teaching experiment is carried out so that the students can intuitively see the operation process of the SEM in order to stimulate their desire for knowledge.In the process of SEM theory teaching and in view of the key and difficult points of teaching such as lighting system,aberration principle,etc.,students can first recognize the relevant phenomena from SEM images and then can be taught theoretically,which has achieved twice the result with half effort.The experimental teaching of SEM is divided into the demonstrative experiment,operational experiment and comprehensive experiment at three levels,and the latter two are the focus of experimental teaching.By adopting flexible and diverse course assessment methods such as the machine operation,experimental report and oral examination,the expected teaching goals have been achieved.
