信息势能的基本内涵、作用机理及其在组织情境中的分析

摘　　要：主体间存在着信息种类、质和量上的差异,即信息势能,信息势能的存在是信息交流之所以能进行的重要前提。基于物理学势能转移规律和信息可复制性的特征,本文采用类比的方法阐述了信息势能的概念、特性和作用。然后,结合信息交流和信息传播理论分析了信息势能转移的基础、发生条件与结束条件,指出了信息势能转移过程中可能存在的障碍和消除障碍的措施。在对信息势能的作用机制阐释之后,结合组织知识转移中的问题进行了分析。信息势能的作用机制为主体间信息共享或信息分享的研究提供了另一种独特的视角。Information potential is the difference of information types,quality and quantity among subjects,which is the important premise of information communication.Based on the physical laws of potential energy transfer and replicability of information,this study introduced the concept,characteristics and roles of information potential by the method of analogy.And then,it analyzed the conditions,foundations and termination of information potential transfer.This paper also pointed out the barriers and countermeasures during information potential transfer.After that,this paper took the organizational knowledge transfer as an example to explain the mechanism of information potential.In a word,the present study provided an unique viewpoint to study of information sharing.
