摘　　要：本文从人机工程学新形势下的教学特点出发,研究了教学大纲的制订、多种教学方法的完善、合理的教学考核等问题,探讨适合产品设计人才培养的教学模式,提出夯实基础,增强设计实践的思路,优化教学和培养人才。Ergonomics plays an important role in the major of industrial design. This paper analyzed the characteristic of the course of ergonomics with the experiences during author＇ s teaching career. Under the circumstance of new teaching situation, the author put forward a teaching mode for training students majored in industrial design by drafting new syllabus, improving several teaching methods and providing reasonable teaching assessment. This mode will helpful for teaching and training.
