摘  要:研究了常被用于降脂减肥的苦丁茶、决明子和山楂中主要功能成分熊果酸、大黄素和槲皮素在抑制3T3-L1前脂肪细胞增殖和分化方面的作用关系。将熊果酸和槲皮素分别和大黄素复配,用等效线图解法分析其在抑制3T3-L1细胞增殖方面的作用。结果表明,熊果酸和大黄素在大黄素所占比例为1/10,1/4和1/2时具有协同作用,而当大黄素比例升高,二者的协同作用消失,变成拮抗作用。槲皮素和大黄素所有比例的复配都无协同作用。此外,大黄素具有增强熊果酸抑制3T3-L1前脂肪细胞分化成成熟脂肪细胞的能力,提示熊果酸和大黄素在一定比例的复配可被应用到减肥药物及饮食的设计中。Three major components from Ilex kudingcha C. J. Tseng, seeds of Cassia obtusifolia L. and Crataegus L.were selected to investigate their interaction types in inhibiting proliferation and differentiation of 3T3-L1 preadipocytes.Results showed that ursolic acid and emodin exhibited a synergistic interaction on inhibiting proliferation of 3T3-L1 preadipocytes when emodin was accounted for 1/10, 1/4 and 1/2 of the mixture. However, the synergistic interaction became antagonism with the fraction increased. The combination of quercetin and emodin showed no synergistic interaction but antagonism interaction. Moreover, emodin could enhance the inhibitory effect on differentiation of 3T3-L1 preadipocyts of ursolic acid. In all, the combination of emodin and ursolic acid at specific ratio is highly recommended for the development of antiobesity formulation or the direction for sliming diet.
